Forms required for prospective students:
UChicago Financial Aid Worksheet (can be completed at no cost via the applicant’s UChicago Account)—or optional CSS Profile. Please note that you cannot upload financial aid documentation through the CSS Profile IDOC system for UChicago Financial Aid decisions.
Parent 2022 Federal Tax Return (including all schedules) and W-2 forms
Parent 2022 Federal Business tax returns (if applicable) including all schedules. These are required regardless of percentage ownership that parents hold in the business.
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (School code 001774)
The U.S. Department of Education is now sending FAFSA information to schools
The Department of Education recently notified schools that students and families will not be able to make corrections to completed FAFSA's until later in April.
For students who have submitted all other financial aid requirements before the priority deadline, the Office of Financial Aid will provide an estimate of the financial aid package without the information from the FAFSA. The financial aid package will not be finalized until the FAFSA has been received.
Prospective students must upload documents through their UChicago Account. This is the fastest and most efficient way to upload a variety of financial aid documents. Please review your UChicago account for a list of documents that can be uploaded. The Office of Financial Aid cannot accept emailed documents.
